We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return your item following the guidelines below.

 

UK RETURNS

• Please complete the returns form included with your order and place it inside the return package
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
• We accept exchanges; however, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order to avoid stock issues

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

• Returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Please return items in their original packaging and box
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
